There are no illustrations on the labels to describe how to convert this restraint to this mode of use, so the user may need to consult the manual.  While disassembling for cleaning, mandatory pieces may become loose and could be misplaced.

The shoulder belt positioning device may not allow the belt to move freely and can create slack in the belt.
