Evaluation of Instructions 5 stars
The manual cannot be accessed while the restraint is installed and the child is in the restraint, and the storage location may not be obvious. The owner's manual does not describe how to remove the LATCH attachments from storage.
Securing the Child 3 stars
The harness clip is not labeled to indicate its correct placement.  There is a head hugger or body pillow blocking the harness slots in the shell from being easily visible.  The harness must be rethreaded to adjust harness height for the child's growth.
Installation Features 4 stars
The restraint is equipped with hook-style LATCH attachments which may require twisting to remove from the lower anchors in the vehicle.  The LATCH storage area is not clearly labeled.  There is no labeling to indicate which position the carrier handle should be in while the vehicle is in motion.
